Paid 800 is a service that allows our customers to be connected to domestic "800" numbers in other countries and pay for their calls at Batelco’s International Direct Dialing (IDD) call rates. This facility is currently available to Canada, Denmark, Netherlands, Switzerland and USA.

The Paid 800 access gives local customers in Bahrain, tourists and business travelers 24-hour access to a variety of services such as banking, credit card information, hotel reservations, airline offices and ordering of a wide range of goods and services.

To use the Paid 800 facility, customers need to dial the international prefix (00) followed by the country code, the digits "800" and then the service provider number.
