Immediate Call Forwarding *

This clever facility allows you to have your calls efficiently forwarded to another phone, be it standard, mobile or a pager, which means you needn’t miss messages when you go out.

Call Forwarding No Reply**

If there’s no answer from your telephone, incoming calls can be forwarded to an alternative one.

Call Forwarding on Busy**

When you’re busy dealing with an important call, incoming calls can be diverted to another phone.

**From 12th January 2004, if you forward a telephone call to either Batelco fixed, Mobile, voicemail or any other operator, you will now be charged for the "forwarded" part of the call at prevailing calling rates.

For example, in the scenario below you will now be charged for the call from your number to the forwarded number.

Customers with permanent call forwarding from fixed lines (operator Set) should note that charges will also apply here. but should they wish to cancel this facility then they should call 17 88 11 11.
