1. Batelco is offering its mobile postpaid customers 100 minutes of talk time at no additional charge (Promotional Offer).
2. Promotion period: 1 May 08 – 31 May 08.
3. To be eligible to receive the Promotional Offer, customers must
a) pay their mobile bill via any of the following e-payment channels during the promotion period:
- Calling 196 IVR (credit card)
- Quick Serve (credit card)
- www.batelco.com (e-services - credit card)
- SMS (on-line registration required - credit card)
- Online Banking / Bank Hotlines
b) minimum e-payment amount per transaction must be BD 5;
c) the total billed amount must be fully settled before or on the
due date as indicated in the mobile bill in order to benefit from this offer.
4. Customers who pay their bill by payroll or direct debit are not eligible to receive the Promotional Offer.
5. The Promotional Offer is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
5.1 The Offer is valid per mobile phone line. Each line can benefit from
the offer only once.
5.2 Free minutes are only valid for national calls made to and from the Batelco network;
5.3 Free minutes are only valid for 1 month. Free minutes have to be consumed before the next mobile phone bill is issued and cannot be carried over to the next month.
6. Details of the Promotional Offer will be included in the relevant mobile phone bill
