| Setting Batelco Mobile VoiceMail: Call 114 from your mobile phone and follow instructions. |
| Sending a Fax to a Mobile Phone: |
1. Sending a Fax to a Mobile Phone. (dial 39622296)
2. Enter the mobile phone number of the receiving party
3. Press 4 to access the FaxMail facility and choose from the following options:
- press 1 to send a fax.
- press 2 to send a fax with a voice message.
- press * to exit the command menu.

| Retrieving a Fax from a Mobile Phone |
The customer will receive a tape icon (similar to that when receiving a voice message) to notify him/her of a new message. Then:
1. Dial 114 from your mobile phone or 39622296 from a fixed line (your home, work..etc).
2. Press 1 followed by 3 to review your fax messages and you can choose from the following options:
- press 2 to print a fax message - forwarding the message to a fax machine (follow voice instructions).
- press 7 to erase the fax message.
- press 9 to save the fax message.
- press 0 for more options.

| Retrieving a fax message from a Mobile Phone: |
| Customers will be charged according to the duration of time used to check their Batelco Mobile VoiceMail from their mobile phones. Tariff per minute depend on the Batelco Mobile package the customer has (Peak and Off-Peak rates apply). |
| Retrieving a fax message from a Fixed Line: |
| Customers will be charged according to the duration of time used to check their Batelco Mobile VoiceMail (when dialling 39622296) from a fixed line (house, work..etc). Charge is 21 fils per 1.5 minutes. |
| Retrieving a fax message while roaming: |
| Roaming operator local charges per minute for international calls made to Bahrain. |
