This way, you can separate your business calls from your personal calls, or your day calls from your night calls…… you decide.
Two options in choosing packages
Once you subscribe to TWIN service, you have the option of:
- Having two completely new mobile phone numbers or
- Retaining your existing mobile phone number whilst adding a new second number.
How do you activate the desired mobile phone number?
It simply depends on the PIN you select. Both phone numbers cannot operate simultaneously, however both numbers can receive calls if the “Call Divert” feature is in use. When one mobile phone number is in use, you can divert the calls received on the second number to the first number.
As a TWIN subscriber, you will enjoy great benefits:
- No need to carry two mobile phones or swap SIM cards
- One common phone book for both numbers
- No monthly charges for this service
One account, two phone lines
Although you will have one account with Twin service, in effect you will be signing two contracts, one for each number. This give you added flexibility as you can choose one package for one number and another package for the second number. You can also choose to have two PostPaid service, two PrePaid services, or one PostPaid and one PrePaid service. It’s all up to you.
What about Billing?
The changes depend on the type of package you choose. There are no special rates for using Twin service, but a nominal sign-up fee applies as per the Tariff mentioned below. You can choose to receive two separate bills, one for each number, or a combined bill for both numbers.
