This Option contains (i) Equipment comprising O-net Mobile Broadband Device selected by the Customer and (ii) a Freedata post-paid price package existing or otherwise.

The Device is provided on an equal monthly instalment basis for a period of
12 months, such amount shall be added to the Customer’s monthly bill.

Title of ownership to the device shall pass to the Customer upon receipt by the Customer of the device

The Customer shall pay all instalments for the device. Monthly instalments shall be billed in accordance with Batelco’s standard and published terms and conditions, made available upon request.

The return of the device or exchange for another brand shall not be accepted under any circumstances whatsoever. Once accepted, this Option is not transferable.

Any upgrade of the device desired by the Customer shall be done through Batelco.

Batelco will be responsible for the warranty / support of hardware and software supplied. Any third party hardware/software in addition will be solely the customer’s responsibility. If any fault arises with the device, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that all claims in relation to the device shall be made under the device warranty.

8. Batelco at its sole discretion may carry out a credit check for each customer.

Non-Bahraini nationals need to present a sponsorship letter from their companies mentioning clearly that the company accepts payment of any outstanding of the device amount in case of default of payment by the applicant. This letter is specific only for the amount of the device.

If the Customer or Batelco terminate the post-paid mobile contract, for any reason whatsoever, the outstanding device balance due to Batelco is payable by the Customer.

If the customer defaults in payment Batelco reserves the right to take legal action.

Each customer is allowed one device only per package

Customers that wish to cancel the post-paid package for any specified reason will pay the remaining balance of the device and other penalties of the package.
